Return Policy

Defective or damaged items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the receipt.

Many products are covered by extended manufacturers warranty and could be returned or exchanged directly to the manufacturer after 15 days period. Please contact us for additional information.

For sanitary reasons, We Do Not Resell Returned Merchandise. That’s why, we can only accept return or exchange for defective or damaged products. In the event that you do receive a defective or damaged product, you can return it within 15 days from the receipt of your order. Please note, that lack of satisfaction is not considered to be a defect. Send us an e-mail to [email protected] with a brief description, and we will provide you with the shipping instructions. A refund will be issued after inspection of the product.

Improper Charges or Other Issues:
If you feel that you were charged improperly or something else went wrong, send us an e-mail or give us a call. Within one business day of receiving your complaint, either by phone, e-mail, or regular mail, we will review our order database, cross-check it with our secure order server, review our credit service account, our shipping records, and reply to you. If we find any errors we will immediately credit your account. Often, if you telephone us, this entire process can take place during that one call.

Time Period:
We offer replacements within 15 days of your order. This is a reasonable time period and it is more than competitive in our industry. After 15 days, if you chose a premium product you may be able to seek a warranty replacement directly from the manufacturer. This is one reason why we suggest you try a premium product. Inexpensive vibrators can lead a very short life. 🙂

That includes our description of the product, ensuring the product was delivered clean, new and undamaged, our choice of what products we offer, and the complete privacy of the entire process. That’s why we will do everything we can to ensure you are happy for 30 days following your purchase.

Refused/Returned Order
Refused or returned orders can be shipped once with additional shipping charges added. Orders returned again will only be reshipped after prepayment. The customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges on restocked orders. Refused orders can cause your account to be placed on a “Prepaid Only” status.


All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damage or shortages must be reported to  within 24 hours from the receipt of goods.

If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier. Please make sure the driver notes the damage. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately if you have had the driver note a problem. Contact your sales representative with the reference number assigned by the carrier and we will process the claim for you.
